GENERAL INFORMATION

We are not a traditional studio space. Gorgeous Images operates as a mobile and creative photography service, securing studio locations based on each client’s unique style and design preferences. All studio rental fees are included in your session pricing for a seamless experience.

Preparation - I require clients to be prepared in terms of having saved or created ideas. Makeup and Hair done by professionals or up to client standards. Outfits tried on prior to shoot to ensure it fits. Poses saved and practiced. I will be at hand for any and all help but I will hold client responsible for preparation.

• For clients who are indecisive on the type of look/background to go for, I will help setup/pick what is best for you on the day of. Clients are advised to book their sessions AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to the needed dates due to busy schedule of the photographer. However, edits can be expedited at an additional cost of $30 (1-2 days turnaround time).

• Clients MUST download delivered unedited images (proofs) as well as final images as they get them via email.

  • Edited images are delivered via email 7-14 Business days after being chosen by the client.

PROPS & EDITS

• Props - Gorgeous Images is NOT responsible for providing out of studio props and or accessories, such as a balloons, cake, confetti. In studio props would consist of backgrounds, backdrops, chairs, stools, benches, pose boxes, and thrones. We encourage clients to provide any props they deem beneficial to the shoot idea.

  • Clients are allowed a maximum of TWO GUEST on set

  • Children are not allowed on set unless they are a subject of the session.

• During studio sessions, clients are at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury that may occur as a result of taking part in this activity. Please be careful and make sure you don’t leave your personal belongings behind.

• Additional edits may be purchased for $15 PER IMAGE FOR SINGLES and $20 PER IMAGE + FOR GROUP EDITS. You will be allowed two free corrections, if there are any changes you would like to add to your images after that, additional corrections would require a fee of $10 per image.

LATE FEE’S, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULING

• A grace period of 15 MINUTES will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to the studio for their appointment.

Note: Our late fee of $50 will be applied after 15 minutes.

Your session will be canceled after 25 minutes of being late.

• If your shoot/session requires us to set up any special sets, you will be charged for any additional time used. If you wish to cancel/reschedule your session 48-HOURS OR EARLIER, Gorgeous Images will honor the deposit as it can be applied/credited to future sessions.

PAYMENT AND FEE’S

All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Remaining balances must be paid 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION. THIS SERVES AS A WAIVER AND REMINDER THAT THE PHOTOGRAPHER OWNS 100% RIGHTS TO EACH AND EVERY PHOTOGRAPH. BY PROCEEDING TO BOOK YOUR DESIRED SESSION, YOU’VE READ AND AGREED TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
